Scope and effective date
This BPMFinder.xyz privacy policy takes effect on August 29, 2026. It applies to the static website at bpmfinder.xyz, its local tempo tools, and email voluntarily sent to support@bpmfinder.xyz. BPMFinder.xyz operates the service from 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
The current service has no account, upload, microphone feature, remote analysis service, API, advertising system, analytics vendor, payment flow, database, or persistent browser storage. If any of those capabilities is introduced, this policy will be updated before the change becomes available.
Calculator values are local
Beat counts, count conventions, elapsed seconds, optional beats-per-bar values, candidate BPM values, and manually entered comparison windows are processed in your browser. The site does not send them to BPMFinder.xyz.
Tool state lives only in active page memory. The application does not place values in cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, service-worker data stores, URLs, remote logs, or analytics payloads. Resetting clears the interface. Refreshing, closing, or leaving may also erase the values.
Because the operator never receives tool inputs, it cannot restore, export, correct, or delete them. Copy a result into a system you control if retention matters.
No recording or identifier is requested
The site has no audio or video upload, pasted-URL analyzer, microphone access, song-library lookup, streaming connection, account, profile, or saved project. A tempo calculation needs only manually observed numbers. Do not put a private song title, rights-restricted link, or personal identifier into a numeric field.
The site does not use an analytics service. It does not transmit calculate, success, validation-error, or reset events, and it never places user-entered values in an event payload.
Static hosting requests
BPMFinder.xyz is served through Vercel. Delivering a public page over the internet requires the hosting platform to process request information such as IP address, requested path, time, user-agent data, and security signals under its own service terms and privacy practices.
BPMFinder.xyz does not add a behavioral tracker, advertising pixel, heatmap, replay tool, custom input log, or visitor profile. Infrastructure processing used to serve and protect static files must not be repurposed to connect a tempo value with an identifiable visitor.
You can inspect current headers, third-party requests, and storage behavior with browser network and storage tools. Report any behavior that conflicts with this policy to support@bpmfinder.xyz.
Cookies and persistent storage
The application intentionally sets no cookies and uses no persistent browser storage. The separate cookie page explains how active memory differs from browser cache and history.
A browser may cache public images, stylesheets, scripts, or HTML for performance. It may record a route in local history. Extensions, device-management software, screen recorders, or a network administrator may also observe activity under their own permissions. Those systems are outside the product’s tool storage.
If you observe a Set-Cookie header or a storage key created by this site, report the route and action that produced it. The behavior must be removed or clearly disclosed with any required controls before it is used.
Support email
When you email support@bpmfinder.xyz, you choose to provide your address, headers, content, and any attachment. Email providers process those elements to deliver and secure the message. BPMFinder.xyz may retain correspondence as reasonably necessary to answer, correct an error, handle security or rights matters, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.
Do not send recordings, passwords, financial details, identity documents, medical information, children’s data, confidential projects, or another person’s personal data. A text-only calculation example is normally enough.
Support correspondence is not linked to local calculator state unless you deliberately reproduce values in the message.
Minimum age
The service is intended for people age 16 or older. It offers no account and does not request a birth date. If a parent or guardian believes someone under 16 emailed personal information, contact support with enough detail to locate the message.
Disclosure and sale
BPMFinder.xyz does not sell or rent calculator inputs because it does not receive them. It does not run targeted advertising or share tempo windows with analytics companies. Limited infrastructure information or correspondence may be disclosed to providers that deliver the service, to protect people and systems, to investigate misuse, to comply with a valid legal obligation, or to establish and defend rights.
Data minimization reduces exposure but cannot promise protection against every lawful demand, provider incident, device compromise, or internet risk.
Worked privacy example
You enter 25 audible events, 12 seconds, and the inclusive-boundary convention. The page normalizes to 24 intervals and displays 120 BPM. You reset. No server copy of the count or result exists for BPMFinder.xyz to retrieve.
You then email, “The normalized interval label wraps on my phone.” The message, address, and technical description become support correspondence. The calculator’s hidden state does not accompany it. These are separate processing paths.
Your choices and requests
You can use every tool without an account and without supplying contact details. Reset a page to clear visible state. Manage browser cache, history, extensions, and permissions through your device.
For correspondence the operator may hold, email support@bpmfinder.xyz to request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on location. Verification may be required through the relevant address. Some material can be retained for security, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
The operator cannot act on a number that remained only in your browser or on data held independently by a provider.
Frequently asked questions
Does the site know which recording I timed?
No. Tools request no song identifier or media. It knows only what you voluntarily email.
Are values embedded in a shareable URL?
No. The site does not put tool inputs in URLs or transmit them remotely.
Does private browsing change the tool?
The calculation is the same. Private mode affects some browser records but does not make internet access universally anonymous.
Who handles privacy questions?
Email support@bpmfinder.xyz with the specific practice or correspondence involved.
Policy changes
Material changes will receive a new effective date and updated visible disclosures. The site will not introduce remote tempo analysis while leaving a local-only privacy promise unchanged.
